Service Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our wardrobe consultation services. If you are not satisfied with your consultation experience, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment to discuss your concerns.
Refund Eligibility
Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible for a refund consideration:
- Request must be submitted within 7 days of service completion
- Detailed explanation of dissatisfaction must be provided
- Client must have attended the scheduled consultation
- Service must not have been substantially completed to satisfaction
Non-Refundable Services
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Missed appointments without 48-hour advance notice
- Services completed more than 7 days prior to refund request
- Partial consultations where client chose to end session early
- Gift certificates and promotional packages
- Third-party shopping expenses or purchases made during personal shopping sessions
Rescheduling Policy
We understand that schedules change. You may reschedule your appointment:
- Free rescheduling with 48 hours advance notice
- One complimentary reschedule per booking
- Additional rescheduling requests may incur a fee
- Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a cancellation fee
Refund Processing
If your refund request is approved:
- Refunds are processed within 10-14 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Partial refunds may be offered based on services rendered
- You will receive email confirmation once refund is processed

Package Services
For multi-session packages:
- Refunds calculated based on unused sessions
- Package discount may be recalculated for partial refunds
- Completed sessions are charged at individual session rates
- Unused sessions may be transferred to another client with approval
